Summary

I am an Italian artist with Cape Verdean roots, graduating with top honors from the Academy of Fine Arts. My professional journey shortly after, collaborating with the esteemed Italian publisher GG Studio.

Currently, I work as a freelance illustrator and penciler for a diverse range of partners, including Zenescope Entertainment (known for Grimm Fairy Tales and Wonderland), Sumerian Comics (Hotline Miami Wildlife, The Illusion Witch), and Sergio Bonelli Editore (Il Commissario Ricciardi). In 2013, I established the collective and publisher Artsteady, launching the indie comic 47 Deadman Talking, which received significant acclaim in Italy.

In 2024, I unveiled my most ambitious creator-owned project, Nimbus Sonata. In January 2025, I made my debut with Mirage Comics on Hollywood Horror Stories, alongside the internationally celebrated author John Romita Jr.
